The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.

All products remain TWWholesale's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order. All transfers conducted through TWWholesale are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway choosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

At the event of when a product is sold out, TWWholesale has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. TWWholesale shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.

Return policy

You are entitled to a no questions asked exchange for any product of equal or greater value within 60 days of your purchase.  Should you decide to exchange for a product of greater value please contact us via email or phone; You will be required to pay the additional amount  due on the difference.  Should you decide to exchange for an item of lesser value no refund will be given.  Instead you will be given a store credit to be used within 2 years from date of exchange.   Please note that the product must be returned unused, in original packaging including all tags.  

You will be responsible for all shipping charges for any exchange.  This also includes shipping the item back to us as well as shipping the replacement product back to you.
